If you started on a trial, you begin receiving invoices corresponding to your organization’s plan and number of contributor seats once the trial is over.
The billing cycle for your organization begins 14 days after your trial expires, then renews monthly or annually on the same date. For example, if you activate your trial on July 1 and add your billing details on July 10, you will be charged on July 14. After that, your subscription renews on the 14th of each month (monthly billing) or on July 14 of the following year (annual billing).
View your billing details
To view your organization's billing details:
- Open the Abstract app (desktop or web).
- In the left side pane, click on the organization name.
- From the dropdown, select Organization Settings.
- Select the Billing tab.
Abstract displays your billing details, including the obfuscated credit card information your organization uses for billing, your billing history, and your invoices. If you want to download your invoices, scroll down to the Billing History section and click Download PDF next to the invoices you need.
Change invoicing information
Check our instructions about managing billing details if you need to update your company name, contact details, billing information, VAT number, or change where your invoices are sent.
The instructions in the Manage Billing Details article only apply if you have either a Branches subscription or a Notebooks subscription, but not both. If you have both products (including Notebooks Free) and want to change your subscription, manage your billing details, or apply a discount, contact Sales.
I don't have a billing tab
If your organization has only a Notebooks Enterprise subscription, the Billing tab doesn't appear on the Organization Settings page. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to update your billing information or get copies of your past invoices.
