Locate invoices

After your 14-day trial, you’ll begin receiving invoices corresponding to your organization’s plan and number of contributor seats. 

Download invoices

To download your organization’s invoices:

  1. Open the Abstract app (desktop or web).
  2. In the left side pane, click on the organization name.
  3. From the dropdown, select Organization Settings.
  4. Select the Billing tab.
  5. Under the Billing History section, you can see all your invoices. 
  6. Click Download PDF next to the invoices you need.

Change information about invoices

Check our instructions about managing billing details if you need to update your company name, contact details, billing information, VAT number, or change where your invoices are sent.

Billing cycles

The billing cycle for your organization begins 14 days after your trial expires, then renews monthly or annually on the same date. For example, if you activate your trial on July 1 and add your billing details on July 10, you will be charged on July 14. Then, your subscription will renew on the 14th of each month (monthly billing) or on July 14 of the following year (annual billing). 

I don't have a billing tab

If your organization has both Notebooks and Branches enabled, you may not see the billing tab on the Organization Settings page. If you are on an Enterprise or hybrid plan, please contact your Customer Success Manager to update your billing information or get copies of your past invoices. If your organization has a Pro plan, please contact support for assistance.
