Questions about subscriptions and billing

Admins can manage and update billing information on behalf of their Organization directly from the web app, including adding more contributor seats, managing billing details, and locating invoices.

If you are not an admin and you have questions about your subscription or billing, ask your administrator if they can help. If you are not sure who your admin is, please try locating your admin within the web or desktop application.

For the quickest resolution, have an admin contact our Support Team:

  1. Discuss the details of your question with your Organization admin.
  2. Ask your admin to contact us from the desktop or web app using the steps above.

 

To streamline your request as a non-admin when contacting our Support Team:

For billing inquiries, we will need to ask for verification of credit card information when contacted by users who are not admins.

If you are still unable to locate an admin or assign a new admin, please be prepared to verify the following information about your company’s credit card on file:

  1. The name on the card on file, last 4 digits of the card number, and expiration date.
  2. Attach a screenshot of the last charge that Abstract made to the card on file.

Security reporting

Abstract receives security bug reports via HackerOne.  If you would like to join the program, send us an email at security@abstract.com with the subject line “Bug Bounty Invite Request” and request an invitation. Please include the email address where we should send the invitation.  

No bug bounties are paid outside the HackerOne program, for the protection of everyone involved.
