The instructions below only apply if you have either a Branches subscription or a Notebooks subscription, but not both. If you have both products (including Notebooks Free) and want to change your subscription, manage your billing details, or apply a discount, contact Sales.
Abstract offers discounts on our Pro plans for nonprofit organizations and for students.
Request a nonprofit discount
To qualifying nonprofit organizations, Abstract offers 50% off the Branches Pro or Notebooks Pro plans.
To confirm your NPO's eligibility, please create an Abstract account using an email affiliated with your nonprofit organization. Then, from that same email, please contact our Support Team and include the following information:
- The URL to your NPO's website
- Your W9 form, showing your Employer Identification Number (EIN)
We may ask for additional details. Eligible NPOs must contact our support team annually to renew the discount.
Request an educational discount
Abstract offers our Notebooks Pro and Branches Pro plans free of charge for each year a student is enrolled. Faculty may inquire about discount eligibility when using Abstract for the direct benefit of teaching or leading students.
To confirm your eligibility, please create an Abstract account using an email affiliated with your educational institution. Then, from that same email, please contact our Support Team and include the following information:
- A picture of student or faculty ID
- A link to your LinkedIn profile
- The end date of current or upcoming academic year
We may ask for additional details. Eligible students must contact our support team annually to renew the discount.
I don't have a billing tab
If your organization has only a Notebooks Enterprise subscription, the Billing tab doesn't appear on the Organization Settings page. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to update your billing information or get copies of your past invoices.
